Rotor System USA Power Training System for Baseball and Softball Batting Performance

It's one thing to hit a ball and another to drive a baseball with power!

The Power Training System is designed to help players of all ages improve their batting power and accuracy  by learning to isolate the muscles necessary for the proper stance, power  and balance. 

The Power Training System works by teaching players to drive their swing with their hips - creating more power and greater accuracy. The rotating top turns only when the player is using the power of their hips throughout the swing and stops when the player has completed the swing.
